玉米排骨湯 Corn and Pork Spare Rib Soup

材料 Ingredients
玉米 Corn 4 支 Era
鹽 Salt 1/2 大匙 Tbs
排骨湯頭 Pork spare rib soup base 6 杯 cup

做法
1.玉米洗乾淨後切成 5cm 高小段。
2.將排骨湯頭燒滾後放入玉米。等湯再滾後﹐將浮在湯上的泡沫渣滓撇掉。
3.加入鹽加蓋用中小火煮 15 分鐘即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the corn and cut each cob into 2" segments.
2.Bring the Spare Rib Soup Base to a boil. Add the corn. When the soup is boiling again, skim off the foam at the surface of the soup.
3.Add salt for seasoning. Cover and cook in medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
